- Curriculum and Instruction: Implement developmentally appropriate Pre-K lessons
- Implement activities that follow MSDE standards
- Health and Safety: Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards, licensing regulations and ensure their well-being
- Family Communication: Communicate with families about progress and daily activities
- Support children’s social-emotional growth and school readiness
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training
- Team Collaboration: Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Preschool certification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience with young children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
